Hellraiser Revival Beginner Guide

The safest Hellraiser: Revival start is to keep rotating manual saves, clear each side room before advancing an objective, and use stealth kills whenever a route allows it. There is no chapter select in the launch build, normal melee weapons break, crafting materials can vary between containers, and coins cannot be farmed freely.

Chase and encounter rooms reward route recognition more than standing to fight.

Use a three-save pattern

1. Keep one manual save before the current objective.
2. Keep a second save after searching the current area but before using a key item or exit.
3. Use the third slot for experiments, trophies or a difficult fight.

This protects the most expensive mistake: leaving an area before collecting its firearm, recipe, pillar or upgrade. The missables guide groups the known trophy-linked items into a compact checklist.

Preserve weapons and ammunition

Use the knife for stealth kills when patrols can be approached without an alert. Ordinary melee weapons can break, so do not spend them on isolated enemies that can be bypassed or removed quietly. Reserve shotgun shells and other high-damage ammunition for enemies with large health pools, including Bruno and Charlotte.

The Unworthy can enter a blue flashing state after enough damage. That state is a cue for a finishing use of the Genesis Configuration, which can return Suffering for further powers.

Treat materials and coins as limited

Container materials can change after a reload, so a guide cannot truthfully promise one fixed material in every crate. Track which of the 12 crafting recipes you have already made because the launch build does not provide a complete recipe-made tracker. Collect coins as you move; do not assume you can buy every merchant item in one run.

At the first shop, make a manual save before selling treasures or buying equipment. Storage chests at shops can hold spare items, and stored treasures can be sold later without occupying your active inventory. See weapons and crafting for the system record.

Read the route, not a chapter number

Hellraiser: Revival uses objective text rather than traditional chapter names. Check the Objectives menu and the higher-level objective on the save file. Lament Route uses those same objective labels for the graveyard route and Genesis puzzle solutions.
