Hellraiser Revival Genesis Configuration Solutions
Hellraiser: Revival has five required Genesis Configuration slot puzzles. Shape and rotate each half independently until the complete box silhouette matches the lock. The solutions occur at Sunny’s pillar, the Hand statue, Head statue, Tongue statue and factory shrine.
Version: launch build, 9 October 2026 · Platforms: Windows PC and PlayStation 5 · Prerequisite: recover the Genesis Configuration

All five box shapes
Section titled “All five box shapes”| Location | First half | Second half |
|---|---|---|
| Sunny’s pillar | Square configuration rotated into a diamond | Two parallel bridge-like forms, one left and one right, with the legs facing inward |
| Hand statue | Two rounded boulder-like forms arranged top and bottom | The same paired form rotated 90 degrees, left and right |
| Head statue | Upright square | Border-like form with openings on the left and right and a star-shaped center |
| Tongue statue | Square rotated into a diamond | Four corner blocks that resemble petals |
| Factory shrine | Square rotated into a diamond | Border-like form with an opening on each side, matching the Head statue’s second half |
How to verify the match
Section titled “How to verify the match”- Stop rotating when the large silhouette agrees with the slot, not when the etched surface art merely looks similar.
- Check each half separately. A correct first half does not lock the second half in place.
- Compare open gaps and the position of paired shapes before making another rotation.
- If the box does not seat, reset only the half that fails the outline.
The Genesis Configuration Wiki record explains its other powers, including moving blocks, carrying fire and telekinesis. Use the beginner guide to protect a save before long Labyrinth sections, and the missables checklist before leaving an objective area.
Terminology: the shape names above are visual descriptions, not official in-game labels. They are written to help match the launch-build silhouettes without inventing formal names.
